2. Services Offered
A-ONE SPA & BEAUTY provides professional wellness and therapeutic massage services including but not limited to Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Body Spa, Reflexology, and other listed treatments.
- All services are provided by trained and certified therapists.
- Services are available to adults (18 years and above) only.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone call, or through our website booking form.
- Bookings are subject to therapist and slot availability.
- Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp message after booking.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time without any price adjustment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment via WhatsApp or call.
- Last-minute cancellations (under 2 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
- Rescheduling is welcomed and can be done free of charge with adequate notice.
- A-ONE SPA & BEAUTY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed on the website are per session, inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm current pricing at the time of booking.
- Payment is accepted in cash or UPI at our premises. No advance payment is required for standard bookings.
- Special combo packages or group bookings may require a partial advance payment — details will be shared at the time of booking.
6. Health & Medical Conditions
- Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your session.
- Clients with serious medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, cancer, recent surgery, pregnancy) must consult their doctor before booking a massage therapy.
- A-ONE SPA & BEAUTY shall not be held liable for any adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
7. Code of Conduct
We are a professional wellness establishment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Any form of sexual solicitation, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs on premises.
- Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other clients.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
8. Personal Belongings
A-ONE SPA & BEAUTY is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Please leave valuables at home or keep them secure.
9. Privacy

10. Liability Disclaimer
A-ONE SPA & BEAUTY's liability is limited to the cost of the specific service rendered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All therapies are for relaxation and wellness purposes and do not substitute professional medical advice or treatment.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
